If not, we'll give you your money back and pay for the inspection of your choice! You see, we understand this is an important step in your life. This guarantee is just one more way to demonstrate our desire and commitment to meet and exceed your expectations. Also, we want to ensure that you have an enjoyable real estate experience.

Easy to Meet limitations and qualifications to the 200% Money Back Guarantee:

*  Client must be personally present during the entire inspection.

*  The Gotham Home Inspection fee will be refunded by check to the person who originated the fee payment. (This is the 100% part)

*  The re-inspection will be completed by an inspector who meets the following conditions and is in good standing with these organizations - NYS Licensed Home Inspector, who is fully certified with NACHI.

*  A check to pay for the re-inspection will be paid directly to the re-inspection company in their name for thier inspection fee up to 100% of our original home inspection fee amount. (This is the 200% part) This guarantee is for the home inspection service rendered. All other services are not covered by this guarantee. (i.e. Radon, Water, Mold Samples)

*  A signed and witnessed Gotham Home Inspection release from liability form must be received to initiate the process.

*  This offer stands for a period of 3 days after our initial inspection only. Of course, if a concern comes up after that period, we will be here for you, it's just that the "200% Offer" will not apply.
