Gotham were great! It was super easy to book. They turned up on time and were incredibly thorough and sent through the report the same day. Can’t recommend highly enough.

Tony was incredibly thorough, taking the time to walk us through every detail of the inspection with clear explanations of both the pros and cons. His professionalism and patience made the entire process seamless and gave us complete confidence in understanding the home's condition! Highly recommend Gotham for your home inspection!!

Excellent customer service and exceptional professionalism. I had then conducted an inspection of a coop. They were able to schedule within 48 hours. They explained everything they were going to do and gave me a quote up front. The inspector was timely, efficient, explained everything they were doing and answered any questions I had. They really checked every part of the apartment, appliances, plumbing, floors, windows, ceilings, even viewing the accessible common areas, such as the boilers and electrical meters.

The report has plenty of pictures and details and was sent within hours of the inspection being conducted.

Very happy with Gotham Inspectors.

We had a really solid experience with Gotham City for our condo inspection.

The inspection itself was extremely thorough and thoughtful, not rushed or checkbox-driven. The report went into real detail—electrical, plumbing, moisture readings, appliances, and building systems—and, just as importantly, explained what actually mattered and what didn’t. As first-time buyers, that level of clarity made a big difference.

They were also very responsive. We called on a Monday, had the inspection scheduled for Tuesday, and received the full report just a few hours after the inspection was finished. Pricing felt fair for the amount of work and detail involved. Overall, it was professional, efficient, and genuinely helpful.

Thank you so much Andrew for such a thorough inspection. From booking, the inspection and to the final report we were pleasantly surprised and will be using them again. The report was very detailed and really gave me a good idea of where the apartment was at. Even had tech that could tell if bubbling was active. Thanks so much again Andrew! :-)

Andrew was awesome. Just really took his time going into every nook and cranny, letting us see the place through his eyes. He was very thorough, very detailed, and very good at explaining both what he was looking at and what he was looking for, and what we should be thinking about as prospective home-owners. On the one hand, just a pleasure to be around someone who's clearly so good at his job. And on the other, it was truly helpful to us.

It was very easy to book Gotham City Home Inspections and the whole experience was positive and seamless. We received our report the next day and it was incredibly thorough which was really helpful. Tony was super professional, funny and nice. He even showed how to use a few of the newer technology pieces inside the condo. He documented everything we saw and more. It was well worth the money to book them and would definitely use them again for a future home inspection.

Easy to book and got the inspection report the next day. Tony is very professional and detailed, explaining well to us what was going on. It was an coop inspection and we are satisfied with their great quality of work. Highly recommend to friends!
